Please silence your phone while extensions are being applied. NO CELL PHONE USAGE AT ALL PLEASE!!!! NO CALLS, NO TEXTING, NO ZOOM MEETINGS,FACETIMING OR TAKING SELFIES PLEASE. YOUR lash extensions application requires precision. Any sudden movements or opening your eyes interferes with the process.Take this time to unwind, relax, and maybe take a nap.
LASH NAPS ARE THE BEST!
Forever Lashes Studios will require a credit card to be kept on file to secure the time reserved for your lash services. Your card will be securely stored through our booking system and will NOT be charged at the time of booking. This will ensure that I am able to set aside the time for you services without disruptions. When you make your appointment and provide me with your credit card details, you are agreeing to the studios' policies. We reserve the right not to schedule appointments for clients who do not adhere to the cancellation policies.
CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
All appointments are subject to a *24hrs cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 24hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation or if we don't hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the service that you booked for. We are not responsible to reach out to you if there is no notifications on your end.
Please be on time to your appointment. Kindly arrive a few minuntes before your appointment time to allow for proper check-in and preparation. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please text me at 737.615.3888. to know in advance. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are very late, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services you booked.
BEFORE LASH APPOINTMENT
Please come with clean lashes. Clean Lashes are REQUIRED for your appointment. Absolutely NO eye makeup, cream or moisturizers around eye area. Lash visits should not be berore after work out, spray tan, tanning beds, sauna, facial or any other skin care service.
TIME FRAME FOR LASH SERVICES
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. Full sets can take up to two hours and fills up to one hour and half. This service is for YOU, please let's not rush the process.
Due to covid-19 regulations, I kindly request that only the client receiving lashes be present inside studio. NO CHILDREN, NO BABIES, OR ANY EXTRA GUESTS PLEASE.
Please leave your pet at home. It is against health standarts to thave them in our studios and areas where services are being held.
Eyelash extensions carry certain inherenta and possible risks of allergic reactions at anytime. If you experience any discomfort within the first 24 hours after application, please call or text me to have the extensions professionally removed. EXTREMELY SENSITIVE EYES MIGHT NOT BE FIT FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS, I WILL ATTEMPT ONE OR TWO TIMES ONLY. Due to the nature of lash services and labor time, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
I WIL NOT WORK OVER OTHER LASH STYLIST'S WORK.
I WILL NOT FOLLOW UP OTHER LASH SYLIST'S WORK.
I WILL NOT HONOR GRANDFATHERED LASH SERVICES FROM ANOTHER SALON.
Clients coming from another salon must contact Ana directly for a consultation.
If your current lashes compromise the wellness of your natural lashes, a removal and new set or other options will be advised.
At FOREVER LASHES, I take pride in being able to help my clients achieve the look they want, to feel confident and beautiful. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your services, I ask you to please notify me within 24 hours . Due to the nature of lash services and labor time, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
